Our CT device from General Electric belongs to the most modern devices in this sector. It provides 16 images per rotation and shows them in real-time, so that treatments (e.g., PRT) are also possible during the examination. The device works with a low level of X-ray radiation. In addition, the dosage of X-ray radiation is automatically regulated according to requirements, so that only the minimum possible radiation necessary for the examination is emitted. The results are images and film with an extremely high resolution, three-dimensional as well as sectional images. The device also makes it possible to combine the three-dimensional and sectional images. And organs can be assigned different colors, making it easier to differentiate them.
